The work on an architectural project is divided into two main phases:

  • Procurement schedule
  • Financing schedule
  • Organization of timely procurement process
  • Selection of proven contractors with the necessary experience for implementation
  • Procurement report, collection of closing documents, contracts and warranty vouchers
  • Calculation of material volumes and preparation of TOR for contractors
  • Daily interaction with all participants of the process, solving arising issues
  • Visits to showrooms to select samples of finishes and furniture
  • Organization of meetings for coordination of materials
  • Collecting technical information from contractors and transferring it to builders
  • Acceptance of goods
  • Organization of delivery and installation
  • Assistance in solving warranty cases within 6 months after installation of the equipment

*Each stage of work with the client is formalized in a separate contract with a fixed set of services, cost and terms.
